We are a World Class Training Center serving Henderson communities; Anthem, Seven Hills, Green Valley and McDonald ranch for the past 11 years. We are your leadership, fitness and self defense experts. We have many programs available for kids, teens and adults.
Our facility is run by world-class instructors, 5th Degree Black Belt, Mr. Rico and 4th Degree Black Belt, Mrs. Rico. We specialize in using martial arts as a vehicle to train kids, teens and adults to become more confident, disciplined and physically fit through an easy to follow structured curriculum.

Rico’s Martial Arts, Henderson, in partnership with AMBERAlert.com, is launching a worldwide initiative to help minimize the risk of child abduction through education. ATA’s Kidz’n Power program covers important safety information in a straightforward, non-threatening way including break away techniques, stranger warning signs, tips to deal with bullies and internet safety precautions.
